Job Description

  • Sales Agent is the one who is authorized or appointed by a manufacturer to sell or distribute his products within a given territory but who is self-employed, takes title to the goods, and does not act as agent for a principal

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Reports to the Sales Supervisor and Operations Manager
  • Increases sales per store/account on a regular basis
  • Maximizes sales
  • Establishes strong trade relations with all accounts
  • Prepares and submit sales report
  • Monitors and reports the complete and timely delivery of all sales orders submitted
  • Responsible for the timely collection of all assigned accounts receivables
  • Ensures that no cash or inventory shortages/overages occur
  • Performs other tasks as assigned or instructed by the Management Team


  • Must possess at least a Bachelor’s/ College Degree in any field
  • Preferably with 6 months sales experience
  • Presentable and with good communication skills
  • Must be goal driven to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly quota
  • Willing to do field work
