Job Description

  • A sales supervisor oversees and directs the work of a company’s sales staff 
  • Sales supervisors are employed by retailers, by direct-sales and telemarketing companies and by wholesalers and manufacturers

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Conducts orientation to new sales personnel and merchandisers
  • Trains and evaluates the sales personnel and merchandisers
  • Monitors the OTD (order to delivery) of all customer sales orders
  • Responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities in assigned markets
  • Conducts weekly sales, operational and territorial audits
  • Coordinates with the AR clerk for any accounts receivable
  • Delivers monthly sales volume and wastage targets for his area
  • Provide regular status report
  • Performs other tasks as assigned or instructed by the Management Team


  • Must possess at least a Bachelor’s or College Degree in any field
  • Should have at least 3 years selling experience specializing in key accounts and other channels of distribution
  • Must be familiar with the reportorial requirements of the distribution industry
